預訂條款

本條款適用於所有向 toxic.snaker 預訂的商品，請於預訂前細閱。本條款所指的「工作天」為星期一至六，星期日及公眾假期除外。

1. 接受條款

凡經 WhatsApp、Instagram、Facebook、本店工作室或本網站預訂商品，即表示你已明白並同意本條款。如有任何爭議，概以本條款為準。

2. 訂單資料

下單時，請確認商品款式、顏色及尺寸，以及收件人姓名、電話、地址及付款資料均正確無誤。如因資料錯誤而引致任何問題，本店恕不負責。

3. 付款及訂單確認

  • 預訂以先付款者優先，先到先得。
  • 本店收到付款紀錄後，訂單才會確認。
  • 網站訂單須於結帳時完成付款；經 WhatsApp、Instagram、Facebook 或工作室預訂，須於 24 小時內或本店指定的截單日期前付款，否則可能預訂失敗或商品缺貨。

4. 到貨時間

預訂商品一般約 14 個工作天到貨，時間只供參考。如遇海關抽查、假期、天氣或物流延誤等情況，到貨時間或會延長 1–2 星期或以上。此類非本店所能控制的延誤，不能作為取消訂單或退款的理由。

5. 尺碼

預訂如因尺碼不合適問題不設退換，本店可以提供售賣經驗及官方尺碼資料（如有）供客人作參考，最終所選擇的尺碼的決定權在客人一方。

6. 更改、取消及退款

  • 付款確認後，除經本店書面確認外，訂單恕不能更改。
  • 已付款的訂單不設取消或退款，但以下情況除外：
    • 如因缺貨而本店未能供貨，本店會以電郵、WhatsApp 或 Instagram DM 通知你，並全數退款，不收取任何手續費；
    • 如商品有瑕疵或錯發，按退換貨政策處理（須於收貨後 48 小時內提出）。

7. 到貨通知及取貨

  • 商品到貨後，本店會先檢查商品。選擇送貨的訂單，本店會於檢查後按所選方式寄出。
  • 工作室自取：商品準備好後，本店會主動以 WhatsApp 聯絡客人安排取貨（下稱「取貨通知」）。客人須於取貨通知日起 5 個工作天內預約到旺角工作室取貨。如未能親身取貨，可要求改以順豐到付寄出。
  • 工作室取貨必須預先預約，詳細地址會於預約確認後提供。工作室開放時間：星期一至六 下午2時至8時（14:00–20:00），星期日及公眾假期休息。
  • 取貨通知日起超過 5 個工作天仍未取貨，本店會收取存倉費（金額由本店另行通知）。
  • 取貨通知日起超過 14 個工作天仍未取貨，訂單將視作客人放棄，已付款項恕不退還。
  • 以上存倉費及放棄訂單安排，只適用於選擇工作室自取的訂單。

Preorder Terms

These terms apply to all items preordered from toxic.snaker. Please read them before you preorder. "Working days" in these terms means Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

1. Acceptance

By preordering through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, our studio or this website, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms. If there is any dispute, these terms prevail.

2. Order details

When you order, please make sure the item, colour and size, and the recipient's name, phone number, address and payment details are all correct. We are not responsible for any problems caused by wrong information.

3. Payment and order confirmation

  • Preorders are first paid, first served.
  • An order is confirmed only after we receive the payment record.
  • Website orders are paid at checkout. Preorders made through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or our studio must be paid within 24 hours or before the cut-off date we give; otherwise the preorder may fail or the item may sell out.

4. Arrival time

Preorder items usually arrive in about 14 working days. This is for reference only. Customs checks, holidays, weather or courier delays may add 1–2 weeks or more. Such delays are beyond our control and are not grounds for cancellation or a refund.

5. Sizing

Preorders cannot be returned or exchanged because of sizing. We can share our sales experience and the official size information (if available) for your reference, but the final choice of size is yours.

6. Changes, cancellations and refunds

  • After payment is confirmed, orders cannot be changed unless we confirm the change in writing.
  • Paid orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except:
    • if we cannot supply the item because it is out of stock, we will tell you by email, WhatsApp or Instagram DM and give you a full refund with no handling fee;
    • if the item is defective or wrong, it is handled under our Refund Policy (claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery).

7. Arrival notice and pickup

  • When the items arrive, we check them first. Orders with delivery are shipped by the chosen method after checking.
  • Studio pickup: Once your items are ready, we will contact you by WhatsApp to arrange pickup (the "pickup notice"). Please book a pickup at our Mong Kok studio within 5 working days of the pickup notice. If you cannot come in person, you can ask us to send it by SF Express instead, with the shipping fee paid on delivery (到付).
  • Studio pickup must be booked in advance; the full address is given only after the booking is confirmed. Studio hours: Monday to Saturday, 2pm–8pm (14:00–20:00); closed on Sundays and public holidays.
  • If the items are not collected more than 5 working days after the pickup notice, a storage fee applies (we will tell you the amount separately).
  • If the items are not collected more than 14 working days after the pickup notice, the order is treated as abandoned and the payment will not be refunded.
  • The storage fee and abandoned-order rules above apply only to orders with studio pickup.
