服務條款

本網站由 toxic.snaker（「TOXIC.SNAKER」、「本店」）營運。你在本網站瀏覽或購物，即表示同意以下條款。

1. 平行進口聲明

本店為平行進口選物店，與品牌官方無關，所有商標及版權全歸原品牌持有人所有。本店出售的商品均為原品牌正貨，經非官方渠道進口；商品並無品牌官方保養，品牌官方門市一般不會提供維修或售後服務。

2. 商品資料

  • 本店會盡量準確展示商品資料及圖片。因顯示器及拍攝光線不同，實物顏色可能與圖片略有差異，一切以實物為準。
  • 尺寸表（如有）一般以平量計算，人手測量可能有少許誤差，只供參考。
  • 標示為【現貨】的商品有現貨；標示為【預訂】的商品需向海外訂購。

3. 價格及付款

  • 所有價格以港幣（HKD）計算。如果價格或商品資料明顯有錯，本店有權取消有關訂單並全數退款。
  • 付款方式：信用卡、Apple Pay 及 Google Pay（經 QFPay 處理），以及 FPS 轉數快、PayMe 及銀行入數。
  • 訂單於付款確認後才會成立。

4. 預訂商品

  • 預訂商品須全額付款，本店收到付款後訂單才會確認（網站訂單於結帳時付款；經 WhatsApp、Instagram、Facebook 或工作室預訂，須於 24 小時內或指定截單日期前付款）。
  • 預訂商品一般約 14 個工作天到貨，只供參考。海關抽查、假期、天氣或物流延誤並非本店所能控制，不能作為取消或退款的理由；本店會盡快通知最新情況。
  • 已付款的預訂訂單不設取消或退款。如因缺貨而未能供貨，本店會全數退款，不收取任何手續費；瑕疵或錯發按退換貨政策處理。
  • 選擇工作室自取的預訂商品：貨品到貨、可以取貨之後，本店會主動以 WhatsApp 通知客人，並請客人提早預約取貨時間；客人成功預約取貨時間之後，本店先會提供工作室詳細地址；5 個工作天存倉費及 14 個工作天當棄單，由到貨後嘅 WhatsApp 取貨通知起計（未能親身取貨可改以順豐到付寄出）。選擇送貨的訂單於到貨後安排寄出。詳情請參閱預訂條款。

5. 送貨及取貨

  • 處理時間：現貨訂單於付款確認後 2–3 個工作天內處理（工作天為星期一至六，星期日及公眾假期除外）。訂單寄出後，本店會以電郵通知你。預訂商品於到貨後安排寄出；同一訂單包含預訂商品的情況，見下文「現貨及預訂商品」。
  • 寄送方式：香港、澳門及台灣訂單以順豐速運寄出；其他亞洲地區以順豐速運寄出；其他地區以 EMS 或順豐寄出。香港訂單可寄往地址或順豐智能櫃，亦可預約到本店旺角工作室自取。請於提交訂單前確認收件地址正確。
  • 工作室自取程序：貨品到貨、可以取貨之後，本店會主動以 WhatsApp 通知客人，並請客人提早預約取貨時間；客人成功預約取貨時間之後，本店先會提供工作室詳細地址。工作室開放時間：星期一至六 下午2時至8時（14:00–20:00），星期日及公眾假期休息。
  • 運費：香港、澳門、台灣及其他亞洲地區一律以順豐速運到付，由順豐按包裹尺寸及重量收費。其他地區運費另行報價，可選 EMS 或順豐寄出。
  • 本店不設免運費門檻。
  • 送貨時間：寄出後一般約 2–4 個工作天送達，實際時間視乎物流公司及目的地而定。詳情請參閱運送政策。
  • 更改地址：如需更改收件地址，請盡快聯絡本店。如訂單已寄出，物流公司會收取轉寄費用，有關費用由顧客承擔。因收件資料錯誤導致的延誤或額外費用，亦由顧客承擔。
  • 合併寄送：如希望將分開下單的訂單一併寄出，請於訂單寄出前聯絡本店；訂單一經寄出，將無法合併。
  • 現貨及預訂商品：如同一張訂單同時包含現貨及預訂商品，本店會待預訂商品到貨後一併寄出。如希望現貨商品先寄出，請預先聯絡本店。

6. 退換貨

除瑕疵或錯發商品，以及訂單確認後缺貨的商品（全數退款）外，所有商品一般不設退貨或退款，亦不設個人原因換貨。請於收貨後 48 小時內提出。詳情請參閱退換貨政策。

7. 知識產權

網站內的品牌名稱、商標及商品圖片版權屬原持有人所有，只用於介紹商品。未經許可，請勿複製或轉載本網站內容。

8. 責任限制

在香港法例允許的最大範圍內，本店對任何間接或相應而生的損失概不負責；本店的責任以有關訂單的已付金額為上限。本條款不影響你根據香港法例享有的法定權利。

9. 私隱

本店只會為處理訂單及客戶服務而使用你的個人資料，詳情請參閱私隱政策。

10. 條款修改及適用法律

本店可不時修改本條款，修改後於本頁公布並即時生效。本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。

Terms of Service

This website is operated by toxic.snaker ("TOXIC.SNAKER", "we"). By browsing or buying on this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Parallel-import notice

We are a parallel-import select shop and are not affiliated with any brand. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners. Our items are genuine brand products imported through unofficial channels. They do not carry an official brand warranty, and brand stores usually will not provide repairs or after-sales service.

2. Product information

  • We try to show product details and photos accurately. Colours may look slightly different from the photos because of screens and photo lighting. The actual item is final.
  • Size charts (where provided) are usually measured flat by hand, may vary slightly and are for reference only.
  • Items marked 【現貨】 (in stock) are in stock. Items marked 【預訂】 (preorder) are ordered from overseas.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). If a price or product detail is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and give a full refund.
  • Payment methods: credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay (processed by QFPay), plus FPS, PayMe and bank transfer.
  • An order is confirmed only after payment is received.

4. Preorders

  • Preorder items must be paid in full, and an order is confirmed only after we receive payment (website orders are paid at checkout; preorders made through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or our studio must be paid within 24 hours or before the stated cut-off date).
  • Preorder items usually arrive in about 14 working days, for reference only. Customs checks, holidays, weather or courier delays are beyond our control and are not grounds for cancellation or a refund; we will keep you updated.
  • Paid preorders cannot be cancelled or refunded. If we cannot supply an item because it is out of stock, we will give you a full refund with no handling fee; defective or wrong items are handled under our Refund Policy.
  • For studio pickup of preorder items: once the goods have arrived and are ready for collection, we will contact you by WhatsApp and ask you to book a pickup time early; after your pickup booking is confirmed, we will give you the studio's full address; the 5-working-day storage fee and the 14-working-day abandoned-order rule are counted from that WhatsApp pickup notice after arrival (if you cannot come, we can send them by SF Express, fee paid on delivery). Orders with delivery are shipped after the items arrive. See our Preorder Terms.
  • For details, see our Preorder Terms. If anything differs, the Preorder Terms prevail.

5. Shipping and pickup

  • Processing time: In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment is confirmed (working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). We will email you once your order is shipped. Preorder items are shipped after they arrive; for orders that also contain preorder items, see "In-stock and preorder items" below.
  • Courier: Orders to Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan are shipped by SF Express; orders to other Asian regions are shipped by SF Express; orders to all other regions are shipped by EMS or SF Express. Hong Kong orders can be sent to an address or an SF smart locker, or picked up at our Mong Kok studio by appointment. Please check your delivery address before you submit your order.
  • Studio pickup procedure: once the goods have arrived and are ready for collection, we will contact you by WhatsApp and ask you to book a pickup time early; after your pickup booking is confirmed, we will give you the studio's full address. Studio hours: Monday to Saturday, 2pm–8pm (14:00–20:00); closed on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Shipping fees: Orders to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and other Asian regions are all sent by SF Express with the fee paid on delivery (到付); SF charges by parcel size and weight. Shipping to other regions is quoted separately, by EMS or SF Express.
  • We do not offer free shipping at any order amount.
  • Delivery time: After shipping, delivery usually takes about 2–4 working days, depending on the courier and destination. See our Shipping Policy.
  • Address changes: To change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, the courier will charge a redelivery fee, which the customer pays. Delays or extra costs caused by wrong delivery details are also the customer's responsibility.
  • Combining orders: To have separate orders shipped together, contact us before the orders are shipped. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be combined.
  • In-stock and preorder items: If one order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we will ship everything together once the preorder items arrive. If you want the in-stock items sent first, please contact us in advance.

6. Returns

Except for defective or wrong items, and items that go out of stock after the order is confirmed (fully refunded), we generally do not offer returns or refunds on any item, and there are no change-of-mind exchanges. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Brand names, trademarks and product images on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the products. Please do not copy or reuse content from this website without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Hong Kong law.

9. Privacy

We use your personal data only to process orders and provide customer service. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
