購買選項取消政策

本政策適用於本網站的訂閱／購買選項（包括預購購買選項）訂單。詳盡預訂安排請另參閱預訂條款；退換詳情請參閱退換貨政策。

1. 付款

所有購買選項／預訂訂單須一律全額付款，本店不設訂金。網站訂單於結帳時完成付款後，訂單才會確認。

2. 更改、取消及退款

  • 付款確認後，除經本店書面確認外，訂單恕不能更改。
  • 已付款訂單不設取消或退款，但以下情況除外：
    • 缺貨：如訂單確認後商品缺貨（現貨及預訂均適用），本店會以電郵、WhatsApp 或 Instagram DM 通知你，並安排全數退款，不收取任何手續費；
    • 瑕疵或錯發：按退換貨政策處理，須於收貨後 48 小時內提出申請。
  • 預訂商品如因尺碼不合適，不設退換；詳見預訂條款。

Purchase options cancellation policy

This policy applies to subscription / purchase option orders on this site (including preorder purchase options). For full preorder terms, see our Preorder Terms. For returns and exchanges, see our Refund Policy.

1. Payment

All purchase option / preorder orders require full payment upfront. We do not take deposits. A website order is confirmed only after payment at checkout.

2. Changes, cancellations and refunds

  • After payment is confirmed, an order cannot be changed unless we confirm it in writing.
  • Paid orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except:
    • Out of stock: If an item is unavailable after the order is confirmed (applies to both in-stock and preorder items), we will notify you by email, WhatsApp or Instagram DM and issue a full refund with no fees;
    • Defect or wrong item: Handled under our Refund Policy; you must apply within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Preorder items cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing issues; see our Preorder Terms.
